Fifteen years ago, a seed was planted with a vision to create a unique restaurant concept centered around quality ingredients, exceptional service, casual dining, and lively music, all within a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a family-owned business, every achievement, every invested dollar, and every pursuit of our dreams has been fueled by our family's unwavering dedication and passion. Today, we are thrilled to extend our home and welcome the residents of the Roanoke Valley, Grandin Village and neighboring counties into our cherished space at The Maridor.
Throughout our 20 years of experience in the industry, we have crafted an experience that reflects a fusion of influences, ranging from Americana to Creole and Asian cuisines. Drawing inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of Eastern Asia, we have incorporated recipes and techniques that we believe offer numerous health benefits. Our menu is designed to be allergy-conscious and accessible to all, ensuring that everyone can find something they love and feel confident serving to their loved ones. While we proudly offer our unique interpretations of dishes from around the world, our authenticity lies in our own carefully crafted recipes and techniques. We invite you to join us and savor something truly extraordinary and undeniably delicious.
We are delighted to announce that our journey has led us to a permanent home at The Maridor in the Grandin Village after a challenging and arduous quest. While our food truck will continue to serve the Roanoke Valley, we are now focused on expanding the Maridor's catering services, venue offerings, and bed & breakfast accommodations. We will bring our innovative culinary creations to The Maridor, infusing a touch of Southern-style delicacies into our food truck offerings. With the additional space and a growing team, our catering business is poised for expansion.

We will offer a menu that is diverse with local favorite dishes but also comfort food from around the world. Home will be transparent in its recipes and ingredients so you can feel comfortable knowing your meal will be safe and delicious but also enjoyable not only for your belly but for your soul.

Our menu will have a big focus on our guests allergies and dietary restrictions. Not only will we have delicious menu options but we will have lots of options you can feel comfortable feeding to anyone. There will be options for the healthy and not-so-healthy eaters.
